Hey Albuquerque!  Come catch Cocopotamus chocolatiers this Friday (Good Friday) from 4 – 6 p.m. at Whole Foods Market on Carlisle.  Just like last week in Santa Fe, we will have an amazing tasting of one of our newest handmade chocolates.  It is “Hulk”, our green chile caramel fudge truffle.  This baby starts with amazing New Mexican green chile from Hatch, NM which Max roasts to perfection. Next, the chile is infused into our caramel fudge truffle, blended with dark chocolate, and put into our dark chocolate truffle shell.  Finally, we hand-dip this beaut in more dark chocolate and top it with a swipe of green chile frosting.  YUM!!!

See you Friday at Whole Foods!  In addition to the tasting, there will be tons of flavors of Cocopotamus for celebrating Spring, Passover, the Buddhist holiday of Vesak (Hanamatsuri) and SPRING!!!  Yay.
