Ally had a dream…(seriously).  In it was the recipe for the first-ever VEGAN Cocopotamus dark chocolate fudge truffle.  We tested it and, in a word, yum!  Code name for the project is:  RONALD VEGAN.  This handmade dark chocolate fudge truffle is deep and dark chocolate.  Our vegan creating clocks in at 70% cocoa content, with a rich flavor and amazing mouth appeal. As with all our chocolate truffles, of course it is gluten-free.   More details coming soon.
