Fabulous pairings of wine with Cocopotamus handmade dark chocolate fudge truffles and some of our fun new caramel fudge truffles.

Flavors of gourmet truffles will include E=MC Squared (triple shot espresso 50% dark chocolate fudge truffles), Lemon Shiver (zesty organic California lemon dark chocolate fudge truffles) and Chaikovsky (chai spice caramel fudge truffles).  There will be other flavors of chocolate from Cocopotamus as well, and the regular Cocopotamus this fab vineyard always carries as well.  All in all, lots of chocolate to go with your wine!
